1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tripcel eSIM Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the program and set forth the obligations and rights of both you ("Affiliate") and Tripcel ("Company"). By participating in the program, you agree to comply with these terms.

7. Termination

Tripcel reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Affiliate Program.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tripcel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program. The total liability of Tripcel to the Affiliate shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned prior to the termination of the Affiliate.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Tripcel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
